Hard Rock Café

Easy location to find in Puerto Banus…
Living in Spain for over a year, so my friends and I were in dire need of some comfort food. We split the jumbo combo and got extra wings. Order the wings plain as they fry it to a nice crisp. If you have to pick a sauce, go with the tangy. So good! (Unlimited refills also on soda beverages)
The staff were very friendly with our group of 7. For my US Military friends who visit here, show them your ID and they will give you a discount at their discretion. We found out that all of the HRCs do this, and a great gesture on their end.
Good location and they validate parking for 2 hours if you park in the garage closest to them.

Hard rock café… Big let down more like soft rock with a dash of soggy bread! I am an avid hard rocker! I seek out cares around the world but after three attempts of testing hard rock marbella out over last three years I can safely say this is the most disappointing one yet! Staff are friendly, especially in the shop which is really just a token gesture. Food has been very disappointing for hard rock standards. Cold! Orders wrong, late food. Long waits even when café looks empty! I would like to think that someone can go in there and shake it up to bring it up to the great standards we expect from HRC.

Easy Central location in Port Banús, if was hot and kids were hungry so we decided to stop in there but the good experience stopped there. We were seated in the back of patio in a very dull area even though it was not to busy. It took 15 min for anyone to even come check for drinks then another 15 for food order. This may have been forgivable had the food been exceptional or even good but sadly it was not, very bland and dry food, no one checking in to see if we needed more water or drinks or even if our meal was ok, finally we flagged down a server who was not ours to try to find our server for the check. This took another 20 min!!! Over all we were very annoyed and not well fed.

The food is good quality as we have always experienced at HRC. Not many rock items in this restaurant, so don’t expect much on this. Location is easy to find, central but noisy and no view worth mentioning. Average is the best word I can think of.

First let me start by saying that the location for this Hard Rock is horrible. It’s set back from the coast (harbor/​waterfront) which seems to be a much more desirable location. Restaurants along there were bustling with business and the Hard Rock there was nearly empty — no surprise why. Having only half a dozen tables filled, I expected better service. But no, they were slow and didn’t bother checking up on me. I know that in Europe you usually have to ask for the check, but Hard Rock is an American chain and every other one I’ve been to in Europe has brought me my check at the end of my meal, not make me wait 15 minutes before tracking down a waitress to get my waitress to bring me my check. I had the local legendary burger and have to say that it was the worst LLB that I’ve had. It had a huge slab of brie cheese on it which was overpowering in taste (and I love cheese). I’m surprised that this place is still in business and wouldn’t be surprised if it shuts down.

Kennst Du eins, kennst Du alle. Dies gilt auch für das Hard Rock Café in Marbella. Aber gerade das macht ja auch dem Charme der Cafes aus. Dies scheint etwas kleiner zu sein als andere. Aber die Burger und die Drinks sind genau so lecker wie in Hamburg oder NY. Und das der Service nett, hübsch und jung ist, versteht sich von selbst.
Ich gehe immer wieder gern hinein, egal wo es ist.

Está situado en un muy buen lugar, pero no es muy grande y tiene poca memorabilia. Un Hard Rock Café más, pero desde luego no de los mejores.

Ein Hard Rock Café, wie man es sich eben vorstellt: Viele Burger auf der Karte, und im Hintergrund läuft Rock. Gegessen haben wir nichts, aber unsere Cocktails waren sehr lecker. Bedient wurden wir freundlich und zuvorkommend.
Alles in allem gut aber nicht hervorragen genug, um volle Punktzahl zu bekommen.
Leider hat es im Innenraum sehr unangenehm gerochen. Dafür gibt es noch einen Punkt Abzug.
