Zara España

A huge Zara in the middle of Madrid.
As often the case with Zara, it is huge but a bit messy. The kids area for example is very very very large, which was totally great for me, but I didn’t really understand the organization and what I could find where so I was always afraid I’d miss something! ;)
And it was the same and even less tidy in other areas. Staff was nice, though, and the choice was huge and the prices cheaper than in France, so I was super happy to shop there, no doubt about it!

Es uno de los Zara mas céntricos y grandes de Madrid. Siempre que voy a la capital me doy un paseo en el y siempre acabo comprando alguna prenda de ropa que me hace falta a un buen précio. Personalmente me gusta la ropa de Zara para hombre.

This is probably the most impressive Zara store in the center of Madrid based on the size and location. Situated just on Gran Vía, it makes you have that «I’m shopping» feeling. With three levels of the store, in an old Spanish architectural style building, it isn’t exactly ideal for shopping but certainly looks pretty.
I’ve come to this location several times. It is always crowded, there are always long lines at the cashier and for the dressing rooms, and the customer service is always nonexistent. I always return forgetting my previous experiences looking for a new shirt or dress, but I always leave hurriedly once I realize my error.
On my last occasion in this store I simply tried to ask a question about a rain jacket but, before I could ask, the staff member informed me she couldn’t answer my question because the item was from the first floor (we were on 0). I promptly placed the item down and left to the other Zara, 5 minutes away.
Though the selection here is a bit bigger, they never seem to get the customer service piece right. They also tend to not have small sizes because of the aforementioned hoards of people in the store.
I’ll try my best to remember next time and go to another location.
