I really like this tapas spot for multiple reasons! 1. It’s in a great location. Close to the metro and to Gran Via where everything is happening! 2. The staff is very friendly even to non-Spanish speakers like me 3. Delicious food at good prices. There is a lot to choose from and I’m sure it’s all pretty good as I saw many people ordering various dishes. I really loved the croquettes and I’ll probably dream about them when I go back to the US.

Sitio caro, atestado siempre de gente dado el enclave del local, con relación calidad precio no muy buena. Fuimos a sentarnos a comer.

Tapa Tapa is located on the main street and usually crowded. My husband and I were lucky we got seated right away but people came after us were waiting. It was November when we were in Madrid and the table we got was by the huge entrance door so I was freezing my butt off. Service was relatively fast considering how busy it was. I ordered seafood pallea and turned out rather disappointing with little seafood on top. Their tuna tataki is a must order. I really appreciated their menu with a wide selection in English!

We decided to have some sangria and tapas here after walking around Madrid all afternoon. The have plenty of seating available outside, perfect for people watching. My boyfriend and I ordered a few tapas and sangria to share, in my opinion I think everything was reasonably priced. There’s a good amount of selection to choose from on their tapas menu, so that was nice. Our server was busy so he was not very attentive, but we eventually got everything we needed.

Es un sitio que, a un precio razonable, brinda un adecuado muestrario de distintos sabores. La preparación es adecuada. Probamos, para beber, la sangría. Hace tiempo no bebía una tan buena. La atención, excelente.

Nice atmosphere, reasonably priced, and good variety of tapas including some(Asian) fusion dishes. had the tatin de alcachofa(artichoke tortilla… it was okay), tortilla gruesa de patata y cebolia, al momento(potato omlette… it was okay), bomba atomica(potato with ground beef ball), deep fried brie with sesame(interesting), tempura shrimp with almond(good but a little bland) and potato and octopus with paprika(too salty and just okay). Wish I had an order of the mussels.

The Tapa Tapa we ate at is near the SOL Metro Station. The food is above average and the staff is really great. Ask for an English menu and it is tabbed with five languages. A touch pricey overall but the ½ litre beer is a good buy. Dessert was spectacular! Espresso and a lemon pie to die for!!!
