Hotel Exe Moncloa

The location is good, The rooms are clean, The price is reasonable. The service leaves a lot to be desired. The man at the front desk is at best rude and very unhelpful. Room servicing while keeping the room tidy is annoying in that it took away the soap That was half used and didn’t leave a new one. Also in the room, one has to put the room key in the slot for the electricity I was on business so I left my room key in the slot when I went for a walk so that my laptop or an iPad would charge. The attendant removed my key so that when I returned to my room, my devices were not charged however the lights came on. I may stay here again due to the location of being yards from Moncloa subway stop and the bus station but even for Spain the service is poor. Ps the wifi speed is less than a mega bit per second download

Este hotel ha sido todo un descubrimiento para mi. No esta lejos del centro (5 paradas de metro o 20 minutos caminando) y con unas instalaciones nuevas y muy acogedoras.
Tiene gimnasio en la planta –2, lobby con business center y ordenador para internet así comi prensa diaria. El desayuno es correcto con 3 tipos de calientes (revuelto y bacón) y tortilla de patatas, embutidos, bollería, fruta cortada, zumos y cafés.
Recomiendo unas fotos desde su terraza de la 10 planta. Su personal es muy amable y servicial y eso aporta mucha calidez. El Wi-​Fi gratis funciona perfectamente y eso se agradece.
