Lo q más me ha gustado es que Vanesa, dueña y es quien te da los tratamientos conejos etc es muy delicada y aconseja sin presionar a comprar nada.
Es un sitio de diez!

Stumbled upon this awesome little spot while wandering around madrid in the late summer. Coming from California, I’m sometimes confused by the way Spaniards do things, and aren’t always in the mood for heavy cured meats. But this place felt like it could have been in the middle of Hermosa Beach. It is a fully organic, and sustainability-​themed boutique eatery, where vegetarians and vegans can find shelter from all the ham and charcuterie that are so prominent in the Spanish capital. The couple that own the place both speak English, and can point you in the direction of similar places, while pouring a glass of organic beer or wine. Salúd.

We came here as soon as they opened last winter. We were on vacation from California. The owner Vanessa is lovely in personality, knowledgeable about health and nutrition. The food was organic and gluten free with lots of superfoods– foods we like to eat! I also had a very nice facial with her which I recommend. Try this out!
