Tourist trap. Food here wasn’t very good. The wine was also not great. Its a good spot to people watch.

Our 2nd meal in Madrid was at Café y Tapas. We were hungry after a nap at the hostel and made our way out to lunch. We had passed Café y Tapas earlier and noted where it was. Service on the terrace is available at an extra fee; lucky for us it was freezing out so we sat inside. We both ordered different coffees on the menu. I was pleasantly surprised to get one with condensed milk(Café Bombon). Yay for a variation on Vietnamese coffee! I ordered the sliders and my cousin ordered a baked egg dish. We also got some mushrooms to share. The coffee was delicious and the food was satisfying. I was pleasantly surprised when our waiter stopped by and gave us the password to the wifi. Awesome! Instant fan right there. IF you can get wifi in Madrid it’s few and far between, so take advantage! Service was friendly and prompt. We had a great experience.
