Good value at this historic hotel. It’s a little bit of a walk to the main portion of town. But, only a 5 minute walk.
The rooms are clean. And, the service is amazing. Some of the best I’ve encountered in Spain.
My girlfriend lost her phone on our bus ride to Jerez. And, the front desk tried and tried to help us get it back. So kind and helpful.
My one complaint… the beds are soooooooo damn hard! It affected how well I could sleep. Am I a weird American because I don’t want my bed to feel like plywood?!
Regardless, for the money, we really enjoyed our stay here. Jerez, in general, is a fantastic town. So laid-​back! Get to a Bodega and taste some Sherry wines!

We stayed in this hotel for two nights and had a very nice stay. The hotel is in walking distance from the center. The transport connection is fine but still our room was quiet.
You can book wellness program in the hotel the area looked nice, but you have to order in advance. We’ve been to late.
The staff was friendly, not more but also not less.
The room was very dark but romantic, very traditional furniture, very nice bed. Bathroom from light marble with bath tub and shower very nice.
We didn’t have any food in the hotel. Only drawback: There was no fridge in our room.

Ich habe das Hotél bei Aldi-​Reisen gebucht und war sehr positiv überrascht. Die Zimmer sind modern und geräumig mit free W-​lan und neuem Bad. Einzig die Straße vor dem Hotel ist recht laut. vor allem wer über das Wochenende da ist, sollte sich eine E nach hinten raus besorgen, da um die Ecke die Diskothek OXI ist. Die Spanier feiern da bis 7:00 Uhr früh morgens.
Halbpension ist auch ok. Man hat zwischen je 4 Vor und Hauptspeisen die Wahl. Zudem gibt es noch die die Auswahl aus 5 Desserts. Die Speisen wiederholen sich recht schnell, anscheinend ist die Kunst des Koches limitiert.
Das Hotel hat auch einen Spa-​Bereich, den ich jedoch nicht in Anspruch genommen habe.

Very friendly staff, inexpensive treatments but unfortunately the treatments were well, not bad but not OK either. We took a massage and thermal circuit package. The massage was carried out as if in a hurry, the bed was rusty and way too small (I wonder how the average man gets through an hour on such a tiny bed) and the room was a steamy 27C/​80 °F. The thermal circuit was nothing more than a few different showers and Jacuzzis. Not bad just not OK either.

Hotel de cuatro estrellas situado en Jerez de la Frontera.
Situado en pleno centro.
Dispone de pocas habitaciones las cuales suelen estar bastante solicitadas por los turistas ya que se encuentra en muy buen punto.
Se puede disfrutar de un centro spa completo y normalmente los salones se utilizan para banquetes.
El servicio fue atento y muy amable.
Muy recomendable por la zona donde se encuentra y por lo bien que está el hotel.
