S’al Lot

Preface: Good luck trying to find this place especially online. This is a local 24 hour place. If you’re not a local you’ll need to ask (beg, and convince them, preferably using some Spanish, even if South American Spanish, that you trust them to take you here). I don’t know why they’re so hesitant to take tourist here. Yes, it does look like a small, run down local diner, with a few suspect characters, especially middle of the night, but the food is so fresh and good! It’s hard enough to find good food in ibiza at a regular hour, even harder to find anything open 24 hours, and this is both! And if you’re a guy you might not even notice anyone questionable looking here but as a woman, it’s of course a different story.
The place was packed with locals even in the am hours. Mostly men. They have bar seating and some tables for four. There’s also a bathroom.
They serve bar food focusing on panini style sandwiches. They are phenomenal! And this is coming from a person that orders sandwiches as a last resort, eats the inside and throws the rest away. Not here! Anything with steak is awesome. Everything we tried was so fresh. Big portions also. Some of us even had left overs to take home. If I was staying in Ibiza town or anywhere closer to Pacha, I’d come here at any hour, not just at night because there are no other options.
