Best sangria I’ve ever had! Perfect balance of sweet and tart, very smooth but packs a buzz, with super fresh and crunchy fruit! You can tell they make it fresh probably every day.
Amazing tapas as well, awesome décor, great location overlooking the beach, and attentive service.
Was here on spring break a while ago. My friends and I were only here for a few days but dropped by this place almost every night! Perfect for dinner, a late night snack, or drinks before heading out to Pacha.
Favorite place in Ibiza and will definitely be back the next time I’m on the island.

This place was actually very forgettable. The food was basic and service received was pretty basic.
The prices were not the cheapest, but for this area of town, they were more than reasonable. They are also open very late if you want a bite to eat before heading out to Pacha.
Overall, I would NOT recommend eating here if you have time to grab a bite elsewhere.

3.5 For the food
My girlfriend and I had the paella with sangria and a mojito.
Summary: So the great thing about this place was just the 1.5 Liter of Sangria and the All Day Paella. However, as most of the readers of this review probably know by now, Paella that is GOOD is HARD TO COME BY. Barcelona and Ibiza just have tourist traps.
Food: With that being said, this paella was okay… it wasn’t filled with seafood. It had 2 mussels, 2 clams, 2 shrimp and 2 calamari rings. If you’ve ever had legit paella, there is a lot more. The paella itself was slightly watery and a little bit too salty. But I couldn’t complain because almost everywhere else within walking distance seemed crazy expensive, or had very very bad reviews.
Alcohol: The sangria was fantastic, no complaints there. 4, or 5 stars. The mojito was also great. They used real sugar and real mint leaves, which is great and it was ~4−5 euros, which isn’t terrible.
Ambiance/​Service: The view was pretty spectacular. It overlooks one of the beaches of Ibiza and just gets you in that relaxed mood that is the epitome of vacation. The service was so-​so, nothing fantastic, but nothing where it made a difference in how I viewed the restaurant.

super cute place in figueretas. not too crowded. on the boardwalk overlooking the beach. you can see the dalt villa to the left. away from ibiza town and typical obnoxious tourists. can’t beat 30 euros for 2 plates of paella and a carafe of sangria. it wasn’t the best i’ve ever had in my life, but it hit the spot. so many restaurants on ibiza are overpriced and the paella is not even comparable.
we were on ibiza for 2 weeks. (this is my 5^th time to the island) Prince was one of the only places i ate on ibiza, was satisfied and didn’t cry when i got the bill.
if you’re staying in playa d’en bossa or ibiza town and need a place to relax.
head over to the boardwalk and beach in Figueretas. will feel like a relaxing get away.
beach is super chill. blow up water slides out in the ocean for the public. away from the typical ibiza partier types. there is a cute pop up hippie market on the boardwalk (with the cheapest prices of any market i saw). eat at Prince during the sunset.

No. Just plain no. We wanted to try this place for our last night in Ibiza, and it turned out to be a miserable experience. Three of us ordered the menu, one ordered tapas, and two ordered burgers. Those who ordered burgers and tapas got their food as we got our starters, so they were finished before we got our starters. Would have been better if they got their food when we got the maincourse, like a proper restaurant would have done. Our starters were nice, but it turned out to be a disaster from then on. We ordered our entrecôte medium rare, but the first order we got were extremely well done. It was difficult to cut through the meat. After pointing this out, and waiting for a long, embarrassing pause, the waitress said that we would get new ones. Those turned out to be raw. Not rare. Raw. The «bearnaise sauce» was sour tasting and cold, like it was squeezed out of a plastic tube. At least try to make it lukewarm, like a real bearnaise sauce should be. We gave up and wanted to paid for the starters, and the tapas and burgers, but the staff said we should pay for the entire menu. Poor service. It wasn’t made better by the fact that we were told by the manager to not come back. Don’t worry. Not going to happen. He also said «Excuse me» while clearing the table and bumped into me. Completely ridiculous.

After we checked into our hotel we went exploring, looking for a place with a decent meal close to our hotel. After feeling unlucky from some major traveling hiccups, our fortune turned around when we discovered Prince Bakery. We walked in to find a friendly staff and a restaurant with a chill vibe. We each had a different panini (the pollo and the Italiano) and shared a bottle of pinot grigio and our meal was incredible.
We have 6 days left in Ibiza and I am looking forward to trying this place a few more times.

We had the paella and sangria deal for 30 euros.
Its somewhat of a hit and miss in terms of quality; we ate here twice because we were staying nearby.
Wifi didn’t work the first time we were here but worked the second time.
It has a nice view of the sea and figueretes.
The staff/​service r a bit douchey but maybe that’s a Spanish thing.

All day Paellas with Sangrias for 15 Euros and along the beach view, is unbeatable!
They also serve up a good variety of tapas and other fine dishes, but my eyes were on the special deal of paella and sangria! They had an adequate number of waiters and the restaurant had a spacious and contemporary lounge area inside and out!
I ordered up their Seafood Paella and it was impeccable! I cleaned the whole plate as well as finished my sangria! It was a homely and fulfilling meal while enjoying the beach view!
