Shawarma King’s selection of teas are to die for! I ordered Baobdil tea and it was the best tea I ever had, period. It was perfectly brewed with a strong flavor and it was beautifully sweetened with a variety of exotic fruits. You could see the fruits at the bottom of the tea pot. I couldn’t get enough of it. Oh yeah, had the best chicken shawarma too! I drove to Granada from Madrid and I reached there around mid night. I was super hungry and I stumbled upon this place as it was walkable from my hotel. There were a few men smoking hookah inside the place. Even though they looked harmless, I felt a bit nervous. But the owner of the place was sweet and friendly, I felt safe. The prices were reasonable too. Their credit card machine was broken that day and I had to gather all my spare change to pay the bill. It was a bit frustrating. Other than that, it was a wonderful experience! Cannot wait to visit Granada and Shawarma king again!

Unilocal will not let me post this as a one-star review. This place is terrible. Bad service and mediocre food. Prices are reasonable.

Los shawarmas muy buenos pero el servicio es lento y cuando especificas en los ingredientes a veces no te prestan la atención necesaria y ponen lo que quieren… buen sitio y bonito local.

GREAT food!!! Somewhere between fast food and longer meal, but with the cheap prices it can’t be beat. The service is great too. There was one waitress we got on our second visit who didn’t speak English and didn’t really make an effort to try to understand the Spanglish we spoke. The pollo, cous cous, shawarma, and pitas were all excellent though! And the Algerian waiter is a champ. Definitely recommend going here.

Good food, good service and very reasonable prices. Sort of fast food, but good. Nice décor, but very informal. Kebab to me is meat on a stick and this is more of a Swarma type sandwich, but non the less good food, especially when your tired of Spanish food.

Again, good food, halaal, amazing location, cozy classic teteria ambience(most def not your 2am grease joint, despite the name). Awesome tagine and kebab. We were in granada for 2 days and ate here both days although we had a ton of other options.

My second visit to granada this summer and still a big fan of this place. Very beautiful moroccon interiors and decoration. We had kebab and the very traditional muslim food cous cous here. Arabic tea is very refreshing. Very good place to relax and eat. I love this place for hukka or sheeshah as you want to say. At a very cheap price of 9 euros we had apple flavour sheesah. The service is also very good and the person is generous. True taste of moroccon food can be found here. Still a fan!
