I did not stay at this hotel. This is just a warning to not use the ATM outside the front door of this hotel. (The only one in the area) It ripped me off. I requested 150 euros and it gave me 100 but still charged me for the 150 and did not give me a receipt! Fortunately, I was able to dispute it through my bank but it was a hassle without a receipt. The phone call to my bank cost me $ 25.

This hotel was great for us!
We unfortunately didn’t book our Alhambra tickets in time so when we had to get up at 5:30am what a convenience.
The room was decent, hotel staff was helpful.
Nice pool and convenient parking was 15 euros a night.
There is no good food on that street so venture into Granada if you have time.
I gave this place 4 stars because of the noise at night.

We were up most the night with dishes clanking and water running through the pipes.

Horrible, Terrible service! I do not recommend staying at this hotel, ever! Upper management that deals with reservations were extremely difficult to deal with. On the day of we booked two nights on the wrong dates through Orbitz’ mobile app. We did not catch the error until checking into the hotel. We thought it was an honest mistake and tried changing the dates. We contacted Orbitz to make the changes, but they needed to contact the hotel to seek approval from a manager to make the changes. Management at the hotel said the dates could not be changed or cancelled even though we were already staying there and had given them a credit card to use in the mean time. What does this mean? We were charged twice for our stay at the hotel. Victoria is the woman who deals with reservations whom was conveniently never available and in meetings all day long everyday and Rolo was the other manager in the same department that is a very rude employee and doesn’t mind yelling at customers. They told us that Orbitz was lying to it’s customers and that the hotel was willing to make the changes, but it was Orbitz that was not, according to the hotel. Let me be clear, Orbitz was willing to make the changes so that we would not be charged twice. We called Orbitz 5 times and they would call reservations at the hotel and management would not give permission to change the dates. Orbitz was even willing to do a three way call so that we could clear the confusion and honor the changes. We finally tracked down Victoria and she said she would call Orbitz and allow the dates to be changed. We stayed an extra night and as we were checking out the hotel charged us for three nights and had no knowledge of the changes Victoria said she would make. Orbitz, likewise since has not been contacted by Victoria. Victoria is not responding to phone calls or emails. Avoid this place.

The view were just nothing! The floors were un-​even, the view not so good, there was no tissues, no wash cloths in the room. Free Wi-​fi. The room was older was beat up, kinda like an old but comfortable shoe. There were shops there, but the one thing is, it’s very close to the Alhambra. It’s Sunday, many of them are closed, actually ALL THE SHOPS (probably the Catholic shops) are closed. Bring your most comfortable shoes, if you planned to stay here and /​or visit the Alhambra. The foods were good. I’d give it 3 ½.

Dieses Hotel ist von seiner Lage und Ausstattung her unbedingt empfehlenswert, insbesondere für alle, die nach dem Besuch von Granada Ruhe und Entspannung suchen. Die Zimmer sind funktionell und geschmackvoll eingerichtet.
Das Niveau von Morgen und Abend-​Bufett ist eher mässig;das mach aber nicht, da man in der Stadt sowieso 1001 Möglichkeiten zur Verköstigung hat; ein spanisches Frühstück (Kaffee und Toast) lässt sich auch im Hotel auch an der Bar einnehmen. Ein Busanschluss in die Stadtmitte ins unmittelbar am Hotel vorhanden (1,20EUR), schöner ist aber eigentlich der Fußweg in die Stadt durch «Grüné»!
Ich würde dieses Hotel in Granada immer wieder aufsuchen!
Für alle, deren Hauptanliegen der Besuch der Alhambra ist, gibt es zu diesem Hotel nur wenig sinnvolle Alternativen.

Dispone de piscina, garaje, solarium y restaurante buffet libre (platos buenísimos).
La habitación era amplia con mucha luz, bonita decoración donde un ambiente agradable te hacia sentir como en casa. Baño muy bien equipado.
El servicio fue agradable y muy atentos. Se portaron de categoría.
Muy recomendable.

Este hotel se encuentra en un lugar privilegiado, ya que tiene enfrente a la Alhambra. Se caracteriza por tener un buen servicio y precios relativamente asequibles.
