Sallés Hotel

ich bin im Rahmen des Mobilworld Congresses (MWC) hier. Zu dieser Zeit ist das Hotel natürlich völlig überteuert mit 300 € die Nacht incl Frühstück. Es liegt nahe am Flughafen von Barcelona aber dafür fernab des Stadtzentrums. Aber es gab sonst nichts mehr.
Kostenloser Shuttlebus zum MWC und zum Flughafen. Ebenfalls kostenloses WLAN, aber etwas träge.
Das Hotel ist sehr sauber, das Personal freundlich.

Ótima opção para quem precisa estar perto do aeroporto. Quartos ótimos, staff simpático e preço bem honesto. Altamente recomendável!

Probably one of the better airport hotels I’ve ever stayed in!
It’s super close, has a nice room & bathroom, and they have free shuttles to the airport. Sadly, since our flight out left at 6am, we didn’t take one, as we wanted to get to the airport around 4:30 (earliest shuttle was around 5am). But they happily had a taxi ready for us right at 4! In hindsight, we probably could have taken the shuttle… we ended up sitting in the terminal, waiting for about 30 – 45 min since we were so early.
The only reason I give this place only 4 stars is the restaurant… we ended up eating at there for dinner, as we knew we had to get up early and didn’t want to be bothered trying to walk around finding a place. The portion sizes were good, the food was just… alright. Not a whole lot of flavor. I guess I had my expectations up too high, as most of the food around Barcelona was outstanding. But the service was great!
Definitely worth staying at if you want to be close to the airport.

Chose this hotel for (a) proximity to the airport (b) free airport shuttle service and © reasonable pricing and it turned out to be an excellent choice!
Had arrived in Barcelona after a cruise and was flying out at 7:00am the next day. Took the 5:15am shuttle (which left promptly on time) and arrived at the airport at 5:24am. It is THAT close!
Oh– and for a 5 euro deposit, you can borrow converters for your electronic devices :)

Excellent hotel if you need to be in a location by airport, as we did during a one-​night post-​cruise stay before an early flight back to the States. They offer free shuttle service to the airport as early as 4:45am (a godsend for us!). Their rates are very competitive (we paid less than E100). The hotel and rooms were very clean and well-​appointed. Free wi-​fi. Swimming pool, though not heated, which was fine for my child but way too cold for me! We didn’t try the hotel restaurant, but dined on delicious pasta and neapolitan style pizza at a charming pizzeria just a block away. The neighborhood was nondescript but felt safe enough to walk around in. Overall, great value hotel!

The hotel is nice and upkept really well. This is located a good 20 mins from downtown Barcelona, but can get around easily with Bus and Taxis. WIFI was included in room and is a much needed thing for myself. More info to follow…
