A true gem inland from the Costa Blanca. Chef Kiko Moya’s creations feature subtle yet innovative uses of ingredients and flavours drawn from the area’s long Catalan and Moorish history — pay close attention or you might miss it. Highlights include the Ajo Blanco y Negro and Supermousse, and a carefully curated cellar with fair pricing and good depth. Menus at 40÷60÷80 euros all a steal. This place definitely deserves its Michelin star and Guia Repsol soles, and no doubt more is to come. Highly recommended.
