Poble House

excellent neighbourhood bar in Poblenou. It’s a little way out of the central (touristy) Barcelona area but worth the trip. it’s right next to the beach, which is quieter and much cleaner than Barcelonetta and the bar itself has much more of a locals vibe.
it’s no frills with solid drinks and excellent bar food. the pastrami bagel was perfect to soak up the multiple beers I had.
the staff are pleasant, a mixture of spanish and english, and the crowd fun. there was a variety of expats when I visited.
also great for the football.
worth a look for sure.
