This restaurants food started off decent. The appetizer was solid, but when the main course came out… everything started going down hill. I had the Beef Phở. Portion was decent but the broth was terrible. Bland and salty? I then sampled the vermicelli. The wrong order came out. Looking for beef not pork, the waitress insisted this is what I ordered. Clearly the lady was wrong, I tried to correct her and was hoping they would correct it. Instead she wanted to add another vermicelli and continue charging me for this vermicelli. How terrible and cheap is that? The vermicelli was decent, the meat was over salty and tasted cheap. Fried rice is what I sampled following that(my friends and I all came here) and it was once again a salty experience. The ambience was nice, although it had a feeling of a former Chinese restaurant… Do yourself a favor. Avoid this place at all cost.

I would give 6 stars to this cozy Vietnamese restaurant if I could. The quality of the food is incredible and therefore, so is its taste. Vietnamese food is my latest big discovering and I am really happy to have found a place like this, where not only you can enjoy a good menu but also the service of an excellent staff. They are very kind and will be glad to help you solve any doubt. There are some plates you will hardly manage to eat without a waiter teaching you how to do it, but that is one of the most interesting parts of trying new things. All the dishes I’ve ordered since the first time I was here were very flavorful and pleasant, so be brave and go for the most exotic things you see on the menu. If you have never eaten this type of food, you can have portions of different plates so you can try more than one, that is the tasting menu which is not very expensive. However, if you prefer to go for whole portions I recommend the Nem, which are four fried spring rolls stuffed with vegetables and eaten with a mint leaf and lettuce dipped in a sweet sauce, and Phở Xao Ca Ri, the best curried rice noodles with coconut milk, vegetables and prawns. For dessert, the hot and cold fried ginger ice cream(yes, hot and cold) is one of the best options. They have also gluten free and vegan dishes(marked on the menu as GF and V) and warnings about the spicy level of each food. The prices are not very high, but still if they were I would pay for this excellent service and food.

A very good place to share with your lover or with friends, near to Sagrada Familia. A delicate and refined cuisine.

Friendly staff. We had no problem getting a table on saturday without a reservation after 10 pm. Great food and fair prices. Try the banana brownie with coconut cream:))

Super friendly staff and delicious plates, small quantity though. I highly recommend their nem, nem cuôn and phở xào cà ri!

Went for lunch and we had the 1 person special. It was a fair amount of food for a good price. The tempura vegetables were nice and crunchy and the vermicelli noodle salad hit the spot, especially after I added a little chili oil.

I was craving my viet food and always love to try phở in different countries. I was on a mission to find this place and check it out. The food was on point and very authentic. The owner is Vietnamese too! The large phở bowl was ideal portion size for one person–(in the U.S. A large is enough to share between 2 people). The owner was so nice. The restaurant was very clean. Relaxing atmosphere. The décor was nice and not tacky. It’s actually pretty close to Sagrada. Would come back here again.

We enjoyed our dinner here. It was a nice break from tapas. Plenty of vegies and delicious soup. We had the fresh rolls and rice rolls as starters and I had beef phở as an entrée. The starters were refreshing and freshly-made. The phở was of northern-vietnamese style, very savory and the beef was well-cooked. Even though the portions are on the smaller side, we are pleased with our dinner and recommend it if you are craving for Asian food.

Definitely the best Vietnamese restaurant in Barcelona! And the most authentic one! Even the owner is from Vietnam. The restaurant is maybe a little bit expensive but not so much, and the interior is very nice, tasteful, classy and cool. The service is just perfect! And the food is… very delicious! They have some great sets convenient if you want to try more different options of the rich Vietnamese cusine. And also classics like Nem rán, Nem cun, Ph bò and many many others. The wine list is great but you can also try Vietnamese beer here. Highly recommended!

Not suitable for vegans. Hardly suitable for vegetarians. No tofu, no vegan protein to speak of besides a few scattered soy beans & bean sprouts. Other than that, a lovely place. Nice décor, presentation. Food was quite good.

I had a craving for Vietnamese food after having so much Spanish food and found this place close to our home. I ordered the nuem con(fresh spring rolls) which were so delicious I could’ve eaten 3 more plates. The sauce packed a punch. I then had the papaya salad and soup phở which were also savory and delicious. These 3 dishes are pretty much the only Vietnamese food that I know and really enjoy and this restaurant does them really well. Swift service and recommendations from the manager for my clueless partner without even having to ask for them. The décor is very tasteful with a mix of modern and traditional aesthetics.

Capitol Vietnam near the sagrada familia is a good restaurant if you want a good meal for a reasonable price. Staff is friendly and very efficient. Daily menu during weekdays is 9,50 and you will get a starter, main and dessert. Which is good value. The weekends the menu is different and the price is slightly higher. If you order anything outside of their menu the price climbs very steep and the quality value is a bit lost. Overall pretty good restaurant especially in the sagrada familia area which is full of tourist traps.
