AMAZING hotel!!! We found this hotel in a travel guide book and decided to try it out. We decided to feat the streets and park up the hill near the church. If you are comfortable driving on the narrow streets go for it because the church parking is near. You can purchase a parking ticket from the hotel. We had the opportunity to stay in a room on the bottom floor with a terrace. I highly recommend that. We had some wine while overlooking the beautiful countryside of Spain. The views are breathtaking. The hotel itself was extremely quaint. No wifi in the rooms but in the courtyard yes. Comfortable setting, extremely awesome host! Great bathrooms… She gave us a great recommendation for a tapas restaurant nearby. Great stop I highly recommend it!

This is one of the most stunning hotels I have ever stayed in – the place epitomizes the phrase«labor of love.» Every inch of this small, boutique hotel is lovingly cared for from the candles lit every evening, to the luxurious olive oil based bath gel and shampoo, to the art that lines the hallways, to the peaceful library(even the hotel’s resident cat is stylish!), to the small heater on the bathroom wall so you’ll never feel a chill when you step out of the shower. This is the kind of hotel where you could stay in all day and have a magnificent time — sitting in the library every evening flipping through gorgeous art books and playing with the cat was my idea of a perfect vacation(and that’s not even to mention all of the beauty of Arcos). Added to that are the jaw droppingly stunning views(do yourself a favor and watch the sun set from the terrace). If you appreciate natural beauty — sunsets, quiet, beautiful landscape views — this place is for you. Our room on the third floor was spacious and cozy, and we loved stepping outside every morning onto the terrace and taking in the grand view. And special thanks to Laura who was very friendly and kind. We appreciated her hospitality. A few tips: Tip1:There is no wifi in the hotel rooms– at least the ones on the second and third floor– and the wifi connection in the lobby is slow. Tip2: The information the hotel sends out about parking is, I think, a bit bewildering and confusing — so, do yourself a favor. Park in the Paseo Andalucia and either walk up the hill or take a taxi up; under no circumstances should you try to navigate the hilly roads of Arcos in a car. The hotel will give you a slip that gets you a discounted rate at Paseo Andalucia. Tip3: the rooms on the third floor– and I think there are two– require climbing up a few trickier stairs and passing through a rather low door frame. If you’re staying up there, leave heavy luggage behind. Tip4: The hotel offers breakfast for an additional 9Euros per night. Both mornings, we ended up going into town for tostadas and coffee, but the breakfast looked lovely.
