A special place for a coffee in an otherwise rather rough and in hospitable city. its a mix of bookshop and café with a very friendly guy running the place. we were delighted tomspend some time on the sofa on a grey october day.

Me encantó este sitio. Y más me gusta aún que, a pesar de contar con ese estilo tan «estándar» de bares y cafés de ahora, tiene un toque muy especial y parece el lugar perfecto al que acudir en uno de esos días de lluvia coruñeses (que no son pocos!). Tienen, además, una buena selección de cervezas locales (probamos de Coruña, de Santiago y de Ourense). Y… ¡es que es bonito hasta el nombre! Repetiré, sin duda.

As cozy as it gets on a rainy morning: working with wifi from a comfy sofa, books all around to pleasantly distract, and their playlist that transports me back to my SF days where chilling out and reading was my main priority… well, still pretty much is. An aesthetically pleasing and creative environment with delicious coffee and all sorts of scrumptious treats (veggie options!) on the menu: I have only tried the hummus which was served on perfectly rustic Galician bread and delightfully garnished with pomegranate seeds.
A must find behind Plaza Maria Pita for quality solo time or with friends any time of day + night!
