I have yet to try several more of the infinite bakeries in Copenhagen, but from the few I have to compare, this particular one was fine. They have a variety of selection of pastries and bread along with tarts and cakes. While there are some seats, this is not one of those places where you sit down to have a conversation with your friend over coffee. It’s more of place to get a quick breakfast to go when you’re in a hurry. I can’t remember the names of what I got but, the one on the left tastes like a softer version of the butter cookies and is filled with custard. I’m not a fan of custard but the bread part was good. The one to the right tastes like a toaster strudel, taking me back to my childhood days

It’s probably good alternative to the always-busy Lagkagehuset by Christianshavn. Here the service is quick and efficienet and there are always so few people so you could spend longer time trying to decide which calorie bomb *ahem* that you are going to intake. I got the Illumsboller which is like MEGA calorie bomb of a bun with chocolate chips, nut shavings and sugar on top. It was pretty tasty but since I’m not a huge fan of sweet stuff in general, maybe I won’t drop by here pretty often.

This is the café I went to in Denmark. I had a very pleasant experience. There was a long line which I figured was a good sign. A few seemed to be regulars. I ordered a large Cappuccino and a chocolate muffin. Very good choice because it was great! My friends and I sat at a table and talked while we all enjoyed our cappuccini and sweets. It’s right outside a metro stop and there are even a few bus stops across the street– so it’s very accessible. The server was very sweet also and seemed very happy to work there.
