One of my absolute favourite sushi places. Both dine in and take away. Fresh, tasty and green and sustainable — that’s the way to do it!
As something special they have fresh wasabi — I ask for it every time and have not found this at any other sushi place yet!
I’ll recommend Green Sushi and I keep returning.

Genau das kann ich auch berichten nettes Lokal und für dänische verhältnisse sehr preisgünstig und fair.
Aber als ich die Mastercard züclkte (bei einer Zeche von 3100Kronen) wurde nur abgewunken ich durfte zum Bankomaten und es reichte gerade so mit der limitierten Bargeldausgabe. Ein Wermutstropfen.

Hier gibt es leckeres japanisches Sushi alles Bio! Man sitzt in der oberen Etage sehr ruhig und unten ist die Ladentheke für Take-away. Wir waren mit dem Service und der Beratung sehr zufrieden.
Einziger Wehrmutstropfen: MasterCard Kreditkarten werden hier nicht akzeptiert.

glad to see a sushi place that actually cares about the sustainability of what they’re serving. i had the snow crab roll with the goma sauce, which was nice but a little expensive for what you get. however, it is real crab and not that surimi stuff. that was followed by the chef’s choice of sashimi; which was tuna tataki, tuna tataki with shichimi (japanese seven-spice), and salmon. it was ok; the fish didn’t taste of much. could just be me, though. i returned from a trip to japan 2 weeks before this dinner so as far as raw fish goes, the bar has been raised pretty damn high.
we had a good time there and i think everyone (vegan, vegetarian, omnivore, carnivore) enjoyed their dinner. until one of us discovered a ringlet of steel wool in her sushi. pretty strange and kind of gross. but our server apologized and we got some edamame and peanuts on the house. i’d give this place another shot, if only to try the… ‘japas.’ awful name, but the offerings look good.
