Fona is a chain of electronic shops — TV, laptops, phones, gaming, and so on. They pretty much are alike all over Denmark. They have a fair selection but nothing more. You will find the big brands and their top models, then some midrange products, and some super bargains. It is the place to go, if you up front know, what you are going to buy. When buying your are always ask for a wear and tear insurance. It is a good idea to have a insurance like this, but do not buy one for every electric product you buy. Instead buy one combined for all your electric stuff at home at your normal insurance company. I really do not understand, why I is company policy to ask every time? Customer service is not bad for Danish standards. They are going to ripe you of, if you do not know your rights. E.g. bought a Wii U at their website. It didn’t work. In the shop they tjecked, and they came to the same conclusion. Fona offered to try to repair it, but I refused. It was brand new, and it didn’t work. I want a new one. The sales man had to ask his superior, but they wanted to repair, and they couldn’t more, even though it was a online sale. I asked for getting my money back, because the Wii U was bought online(you have a fortnight to cancel a sale, if it is done online without you have had the opportunity the have seen the actual product). When I have explained my rights as a online customer, and told the I was going to pursue those, it was suddenly an other game. The staff is quite knowledgeabl, so if company policy could be changed, so I wasn’t riped off by pointless insurances and bad customers service, they could get four stars.
