Yet another taco pop-up. There was only one type on offer when I caught them at Kødbyens Mad & Marked but it was excellent. Very coarsely chopped steak that was cooked on the pinker side of medium rare and a lime slice and grilled spring onion to go with it. Delicious! I hope they don’t only pop up in summer but also some of the other seasons too. I also appreciated the fact that the guy wouldn’t take my money as he was assembling the tacos (with gloves) and asked me to take the change myself. Just because it is street food doesn’t mean you have to deal with street hygiene too.
