This place was not far from my hotel. I had the chance to stop there almost very morning as I didn’t pay for the breakfast in hotel. I was delighted because Danish cafes are cool, they care about the quality of the pastry and the coffe, as Resso does. I loved their cappuccino and the Danish pastry with cream, fresh and delicious too. My husband had the americano, he simply loved their coffee, so we went there almost every day expect once. They café is small, buy cosy. They serve and also sell different types of coffees. On my last day, I bought the coffee that they used for making the americano. They have different pastries, I has the chance to try the brownies, I simply loved it. I will definitely come back there on my next trips. The price is ok, in the range of CPH’s deals. The stuff is friendly even thought slow or distracted, one girl forgot to serve us the pastries, so after a while, I asked for what i paid. It is common in CPH not to rush, nice compared to Dublin where everything is targeted. Thanks Resso for making my breakfast remarkable.

If you’re a coffee snob like myself coming from San Francisco, then this is definitely a stop you want to make if you’re visiting Copenhagen. Notably I noticed that«artisanal» coffee really isn’t a thing here. Coffee usually means a push-button machine that just spits out an espresso shot or an americano. This was a needle in a haystack as it was the only local roaster I was able to find while staying in Copenhagen. Shots are pulled fresh from an actual espresso machine. The staff was friendly, the coffee was great, and the prices were reasonable. Buy some beans to take home for yourself or as a souvenir for a friend.
