Not impressed! French Bistro style menu but with a bland taste. Stressed staff and not very interested. Since it was 20 min before dinner menu started we were forced to order drinks and wait for the clock to strike before our waiter could take our order??? Will not come back!

Really underwhelming menu. It’s too expensive for what it is and the food is quite bland despite having ordered an aesthetically delicious looking cheesecake for dessert, it was just that, bland bland bland. The interior is quite nice, but because of the very popular sliders, the crowd I suspect they want to attract is instead replaced by a really young student-ish crowd. No matter the hour. For main dish, I had the duck confit that they offered as a special. It was all very strange because it looked absolutely amazing on the plate but there was no taste at all and the duck itself was dry. The coffee was good but that’s all I can say about that. Also, me and my guests were seated at a table precisely next to the POS system and the tablecloth shelf so waiters were coming all the time, giving us little to no privacy.

Nice place and good service, but the food is overpriced in relation to what you get. I ordered mussels, and they were by far the smallest I have ever seen — and barely made a full meal. Not really worth the 160DKK

I finally tried this place after working around the corner from it for so long. The menu doesn’t really appeal, and there is nothing super fancy about this palce, however it ahs a very nice atmosphere and surroundings. The serveres are friendly and knowledgeable and it is in a great location with an average price point. So if you are more concerned with a good place to have a glass of wine than to have an amazing meal, I would say try this palce.

We were walking by and stopped in for dinner, without reservations. We were very pleasantly surprised. Nice décor, great food, pleasant staff. I had smoked hake with dill, beets, and baby spinach with truffle vinegrette. Fish was light and flaky with a delicate smokey flavor. Veggies were excellent as well. My wife had chanterelle mushrooms sautéed in a creamy«bolgenese» style sauce. Great beefy, umami flavor(and I generally don’t like mushrooms). Good selection of wine and beer as well. Good choice for dinner.

Service: ***** Food: *** Interior: **** Have been there two times now and I can say that the service is really excellent. At ravage they do really take care of the customer and if mistakes happen they do something about it. Re first time I was there out order was more than an hour late and that is why we got everything we had ordered for free and we got also complimentary wine on top of that! The food I can’t say it is something amazing, but it is ok good. I have had the club sandwich and the Caesar salad. Both were ok. The interior is quite chic and nice. It has different sections for food and for drinks. They also have seating outdoors which had also heat lamps to keep the warmth on cold days. All in all a good restaurant, with excellent service but not mind blowing food. Worth to try especially for a coffee or drink.

As with all outdoor restaurants in Copenhagen smoking is allowed so as you eat your expensive meal some jerk will be blowing smoke at you every time you open your mouth. The food was good but overpriced versus the other restaurants along the canal.

We spent a lovely and lazy Sunday brunch at Ravage in Copenhagen, having cancelled the stuffy Marchal for this rather exquisite French brasserie that incorporates the charm of Copenhagen and the local ingredients with classic French brasserie cooking. The tartar was perfect as were the mussels. Everyone except us seemed to go for the sliders, but we opted instead for more traditional fare. This is the local spot to be seen sitting on the front terrace enjoying a bottle of champagne of rose. Put this on your lunch list for sure.

Wow! What a great French brasserie located near New Haven. We sat outside and enjoyed the freshest mussels cooked in a basil sauce and topped with crushed almonds-an interesting twist but one that was superb. The best part was dipping the crusty bread in the sauce and soaking up the goodness. For dinner we ordered the fresh plaice fish that was lightly Pan fried and topped with onion and Dill and the goat cheese salad. Both were incredibly fresh and the flavors were phenomenal. Be aware, service can be spotty at times.
