After some libations it’s a very good idea to get something to pad your stomach. And what is better than a burger? We ordered from the sweet lady behind the counter and she had the food packed and ready to go shortly after. Since it was such a nice day, we took our paper bag to Assistens Kirkegård. Everything was nicely packed and didn’t shift around at all in our short walk. I went with the Mohammed Ali which comes with double cheese, double bacon, pickles, and fried onions as well as the usual salad and tomatoes. The burger was wrapped in paper and also put in a paper box to keep it safe. Unfortunately I’d forgotten to ask for the beef to be cooked medium rare, but surprisingly it still tasted great. The whole wheat bun was a little dry but had a nice, nutty flavour. Cheese was perfectly melted and though the bacon was not crispy, it was a good burger as a whole. On Monday to Friday the meal price is 89 dkk after 4pm and the lunch special before that is 69 dkk. It includes fries and dip. This is great for those of us who don’t normally like soda or would rather have a beer with it, as the drink is not included in the price. The fries were fine and as for the dip, well, I just wanted ketchup. I spooned a little bit of chili paste into the cup of ketchup before I left, so that perked things up a bit. I like that your meal can be so customizable here, much like Halifax, only Burgerklubben seems to execute it better and at a lower price. In addition to serving only halal meat, they also offer vegan and vegetarian patties, as well as portobello mushrooms for a paleo«bun,» so everyone can enjoy food together. I’ll definitely swing by here again!

Came here last night with a huge hole in my stomach, up for something tasty to eat. Burgerklubben satisfied my hunger but with some snags fro. I enjoyed the place, it’s cosy and it feels like home. The walls are full with posters and pictures and it didn’t clash with the environment, making it not too fancy nor too shabby. The waiter was SUPER nice. I love when people smile back — like, sincere smiles — and she kept on doing it from the beginning to the end. When I ordered, when I paid, when I went away. The only sore was the food. And this pulls down the score because it’s the most important thing in a food spot — of course! I composed my menu with with sesame bread, lentils burger, onion, salad, tomato, mayo sauce and onion rings in the sandwich. French fries and dip chili mayo sauce as side dish. And a Coke. The bread was OK, crunchy enough and not too thin. However, the veg burger was too dry and too hard: I struggled to eat it all. And it’s a real shame because, on the other side, fries were good and the dip as well. Continuing eating I felt uncomfortable when the bread started to crumble as the sauce and the tomato water moistened it too much. And I found myself eating the rest with the cutlery. The Coke tasted a bit like Pepsi, but maybe my tastebuds are screwed up. A menu includes the composable sandwich + side dish(french fries, onion rings or other) and costs 89kr from 4PM. From 11AM to 4PM lowers at 69kr. Ehm… why? Beverages are always excluded. A small soda costs 25kr, a large one 45kr. Overall: — Environment 4 — Service 4 — Price/quality ratio 2 — Food 2

Searched halal online and found this place, was excited to try it so hopped on a train then a bus to get to this place from the airport. Ended up taking the wrong bus in the wrong direction but that’s beside the fact. When I finally got to this place I went inside and I told her just one and she kind of gave me a weird look and told me that she didn’t have room for just one, only parties of two or more. I was like whaaaaa, she told me I could sit outside but it was so cold so I said forget it. I went outside and searched help for other restaurants but I saw other people sitting outside so I figured why not. She came to me and began to explain everything since it was all in Dutch. I initially hated her because she wouldn’t let me sit inside but she was actually very sweet. So I placed my order. So I sat out in the cold thinking I was about to die from frostbite(okay it wasn’t that cold, but it was cold) when she came outside and said I could have a seat inside. Food came out shortly, I’m not sure the standard of burgers in Denmark but it was pretty good. Had a few interactions with the owner and he seemed like a nice guy. And a plus that everything is halal. Worth a try if you are in Copenhagen
