Delicious Argentine food. Right on the canal. Very friendly staff that speaks English.

Fine but pricey for what you get. Everything is pricey here so maybe that isn’t a factor to you. A small selection of Argentinian style steaks and meats are the center of this menu. I read in other reviews the meat comes from Argentina. Unfortunately that means less as Argentinian shifts their beef industry to using grain fed rather than grass fed strategies. This meat was fine but not special. Sides are ala cart. I tried the mixed meat dinner with ribeye, tenderloin, a sausage, and a sweetbread. Go the empanadas, a salad and some fries. The sausage and tenderloin was my favorite but I am not such a big ribeye fan. That was my first sweetbread in a long time if not ever… flavorful. I order. Blah blah blah. Really nothing here I want to write about. Overall portions a bit small, the bill adds up with all the sides but if you are looking for this style of food give it a try.

We really enjoyed Asador. The environment was inviting and cozy, right on the canal and the food was a good example of solid Argentine cuisine! They speak Spanish and even have Quilmes(40DKK). We shared the parillada argentina(285DKK) as it was definitely more food than one person could eat(especially if you had a appetizer). Empanadas were great, as was the french fries. If you’re looking for good argentine steak while in Copenhagen, this place is perfect!

Top quality. All meat comes from Argentina, so and the wine. Their bread is house-made with aged leaven, also from Argentina. We were 3 and sat outside, by the canal. Had empanadas for starter and Ensalada Andes(salad). Then I got Churrasco Rib Eye(juicy, tasty, tender). My friends had a tenderloin beef(also very nice) and a lamp dish named Cordero Patagónico which was to die for! Very nice service. They even had a certificate as the fourth best service in Copenhagen among all restaurants. Is a little annoying that sides have to be ordered and paid separately, but their price is nothing compared to the main!

Asador: Delicious empanadas, excellent grilled meat selection plate and very good desserts. Prices are pretty normal Copenhagen fare. I was there in the day light but probably the place is more charming at night with the lights. Would go back!

Pernille, Christina and I met up here for a FIBO reunion in Copenhagen and it was a nice spot to catch up with it’s warm atmosphere and low noise levels. Perfect for conversation over dinner! The steaks were cooked perfectly and were pretty decent. Nothing that’d blow you out of the water, but the service is pretty good too.
