If you go to many of the top restaurants in Copenhagen, you’ll find that their cheeses are fantastic. In fact I think their cheese rivals anything I had in Paris. One of those reasons is Arla, making custom cheese selections for these top restos. Noma, Radio, AOC, Gronbech&Churchill…you name it, they carry some special stuff. It’s a damn shame that I cant get this stuff in the US.
