Zheng Xing Fried Kway Teow Mee

Rank in my heart as the best Fried Kway Teow since I have it in my teenage years. I never had a liking to Fried Kway Teow till I had one here. The plate of fried kway teow is not the sweet type and has what people call «wok hei» in cantonese.
The stall is manned by a couple where the husband is the one doing the cooking and the wife serving the plate. I usually arrived at the market at 8 plus for dinner and the first thing I do is to went straight to the stall to see whether it is still open. And if you are lucky, the will see the Boss frying each plate of kway teow seriously. Queues are also non stop till the last minute it close. I still remember the old days when I had have the plate of fried kway teow in the afternoon without having the need to queue so long.
This stall is not just loved by me alone but my family members and whenever I take away for my grandmother, she will surely be super happy to enjoy the dish.
