Victoria’s Secret

Called their customer service hotline to enquire more about the products that i am looking for and they managed to answer my doubts.

The products here are ridiculously overpriced. They try to market Victoria’s Secret as some sort of high end foreign brand in Singapore but to anyone that’s been to VS in America it just looks dumb. The staff at all VS locations, here and in the U.S., are very outgoing. At the ion location, though, the staff is overly aggressive. If you go in, expect to be followed around the entire time and have someone constantly try to tell you about deals or limited edition scents. Even after letting the lady know that I was just looking and didn’t need any help, I was still followed and badgered. I get it if your trying have good customer service but if someone tells you that they are fine to shop on their own then you need to just back off and stop bothering them

I have been a Victoria’s Secret fan since I was 16 :) Used to shop online and loved everything they have. The only problem was the long delivery time for online shopping as I believe the items were shipped from US. Now that they have opened in Singapore, I still get some stuff from the local retail outlet, of course, the range is not as wide as online, but still, it is VS! Prices for some products are a little steep though, but quality is ok.
