This is a coin-operated laundromat. They have 4 washers and dryers. The washers range between 10−16kg loads. The instructions for using the washer and dryers are clearly stated on the wall. There are a few things I like about this place. Firstly, convenience! Imagine having two sets of bedsheets, bunch of blankets and towels. This will take days to dry if you are staying in the nearby HDB. At this laundromat, all of that can easily fit into two washers. You don’t have to bring any detergent or softener. You simply select your choice of water(hot or cold) and if you want softener. After adding in some $ 1 coins(range between $ 5 — $ 8), press start and you get 30 minutes break from house chores! Go get some breakfast or lunch at the nearby food court then come back to move your laundry into the dryer. The other nice thing about this place is the flexibility. If you have lots of clothes/linens, you can split it up to your liking or based on cost savings. No uncle/aunty trying to rob you off with the most expensive option. The dryer also offers flexibility by charging $ 1 every 5 minutes with three heat levels. They also have an app that you can download to check the availability or status of the machine. I did not try it so can’t vouch for the accuracy of this app. For those who opt to hang around and wait for their laundry, they play cheesy Chinese drama songs in the store. With well-kept washers, dryers and space for folding clothes, I will definitely be coming here again for my linens and bedsheets.
