The comedy guide for Singapore was quite a fun night out for four of us expats, some new and some old to living in Singapore. We had plenty of chuckles and even a few flat out belly laughs. The Singapore crowd is pretty tough as they are not big on volunteering for audience participation, but comedian Gary Ow powered through manfully.
The venue, Mulligan’s in Clarke Quay, is fun as well with a convenient location, good menu and attentive service. We particularly enjoyed the bar snacks, particularly the Magic Mushrooms ($ 10 juicy and crunchy fried button mushrooms) and the Spicy Wings ($ 14 succulent and spiced non-​battered wings).
