Simply put, this gets the job done.
The office workers here are very efficient and know what they’re doing. I needed to have ownership of a storage unit transferred to me, and after filling out a one page form, providing identification, and taking fingerprints, it was done in about 15 minutes.
In order to access the level your storage unit is in, you will need to provide your fingerprint in the scanner inside the elevator. (Seems high tech and secure, I know!) The unit I have is not air conditioned, but there are fans that constantly run. The lights have censors, so when you walk through the halls they will automatically turn on. Also, they have the radio playing music in the background, so I guess it helps make it not feel as creepy if you’re alone!
There seems to be several sizes of storage units you can choose, the smallest being lockers. I also like how you can pay your bill from any AXS machine.
The only thing I don’t like is that it’s located in an industrial area and a bit far from public transportation, so having a car is ideal. Note that the hours listed are for the office, but access to the units is ²⁴⁄₇.
