We love this place… Authentic Caribbean food that is better than my grandma. The two brothers that own this restaurant provide great service and will adjust to your needs. Don’t leave without trying their homemade Passion Fruit iced lemon tea, their roasted pork and their roasted chicken.

This is a very interesting eatery inside the Pasarbella market at the Grandstand at Turf Club road. The food is great, but be warned about surprisingly large portions. The atmosphere here is warm and friendly, and has the very typical farmers market look and feel to it. I went for the 3 meat dishes combo, and was impressed with the quality and freshness of the cooked meat and chicken. A recommended place for good food in a casual but vibrant atmosphere.

My friend told me that there was a Dominican Republic food stall in Pasarbella so I was excited to check it out! We have Mexican food in Singapore but very very few other types of Latin American cuisines. We ordered plantain chips and a salmon omelette with a roasted potato and butternut squash side to share. The omelette had chunks of salmon meat in it and it was DELICIOUS. I don’t know what it is, there must be different spices in there. It’s definitely no ordinary omelette! The roasted potatoes and butternut squash was really good too! The plantain chips were crunchy on the outside but soft in the middle. Perfect! We also had a slice of the fig cake. YUMMMMM! I don’t normally like dessert but the cake wasn’t overly sweet and the figs made it really nice and dense. It was the perfect end to the meal.
