Suprisingly this Spanish /Western restaurants specialised in oysters, Mojito and tapas is operated by a Japanese group. Quite a number of Japanese customers and the waiters are Japanese too… Setting inside Chijmes, the environment is excellent both inside and outside. The food is so-so, very nicely presented(very Japanese: P) but a bit disappointed that the paella is an instant one and not traditional. The Ajillo does worth a try, rich in garlic and the buttery olive oil smell so good.
