they have a very captive gleneagles audience. small menu, limited seating but a constant flow of walk in customers. the aunty who does the order taking/cashier is really, fully in control. the whole café is very well organized and she systematically dishes out the orders after taking and receiving payment. she is like a conductor in an orchestra. even the way she communicates with the rest of her crew is like a song. could it be that her crew is from myanmar and the way they speak is almost song like? the efficiency in clearing the orders quickly is crucial here and the aunty does it very well. my KL curry chicken noodles was nice. i like how the curry is lemak but not overly so. an additional order of chicken wing was $ 1.40 but you can give that a miss. their teh c was decent too. definitely a better option then the food court.
