You might think there’s nothing to review about KFC but this is no ordinary KFC outlet. This outlet works hand in hand with the Singapore Association for the Deaf to provide job opportunities for the hearing impaired and also raise funds towards the association’s tuition and enrichment programme for deaf students. The outlet states that it has a limited menu, but the many times I’ve visited I’ve not noticed anything missing. Maybe it’s just the latest promotions that are not available? Most times the hearing impaired staff will helm the counters. All you need to do is point to your order on the piece of menu in front, and there will be options listed(e.g. crispy or original) that you can also point to. In any case of miscommunication, the manager is always nearby to assist. There’s also a TV in-store, constantly looping the information about the outlet.
