Really really good food at really awesome prices.
Had ikan billis, rendang and Egg and (I believe its free) achar. Everything came up to around $ 4 or $ 4.50.
Ikan Billis were pretty standard, loved their sambal though, aromatic and not too sweet with just the right amount of Spiciness.
The rendang though, was on another level. It was fragrant, tender and surprisingly moist.
The eggs were nothing to shout about, your standard deep fried egg from the malay stall, but I guess that’s about it. The Nasi Lemak Nasi was fluffy and not too dry either.
Overall, good meal at a great price. True the place is a little ‘ulu’ but considering the price and the standard of the food abit of travelling is worth it.
On a side note, I went by on a saturday and there was a cute girl serving us the food, if you’re into that sort of thing haha.
