They do what coffee shops are s’posed to do. They sell really good coffee, and a great experience at reasonable prices.
About the prices —
Latte for a 4.20, and flat white at 3.80. My favorite is the piccolo late, which they serve, with a friendly smile, @3.60

Awesome and affordable coffee, with a nice unblocked view. Breezy in the morning. Quite appreciative of the morning pause from the bustling that happens around. Importantly, the team here serves with love and a smile. Will be back. (Café latte: from $ 4.20)
