Ho Kee Hardware

Not my average shop to enter, for sure. I walked up to this shop with a friend when we decided to play ‘house’ for lack of better entertainment. It was decided we had just bought a new home and were looking into getting the bathroom and kitchen done up nicely. We stuck to this story while a sales man showed us around.
The shop looks very striking, but not quite in the inviting sense. It is completely lit white by fluorescent lamps and everything is arranged side by side so as to optimise space. It’s definitely not like walking into Ikea. You will, however, find almost everything you need for a bathroom or kitchen, and at quite attractive prices too.
We went on with our little charade, inquiring about faucets, showerheads and toilet bowls, got a few brochures and name cards and then made off hand in hand to make our story believable. Oh the things we do for fun.
