I signed up for the full-​day improv class 101 and it was one of the best decisions I’ve made. The class lasted the whole day, 10am –6pm, and was action packed throughout (be sure to bring water and, most importantly, your energy before the class!) .
The morning session was focused on group exercises /​games in order for: (i) to get the group of 10 students comfortable with one another, but more importantly to loosen up. The afternoon session was much the same, but this time focused on story telling and learning the building blocks of improv. I thought the instructor, Arnaud, was full of energy and masterfully guided the students through our countless mistakes and inhibitions (i.e fear mechanisms).
Overall, I took this class to order improve my presentation skills, but importantly to learn how to «BS» better. The class dragged on at times, which I think could fixed by splitting the class in two sessions. Nevertheless, I got everything I wanted from the class and will definitely be able to take what I’ve learned and experienced into my professional career.

A great school to get intensive introductory courses! They offer acting 101 and improv 101. Over the weekend, I took improv 101 and definitely learned a lot.
The class is from 10am-​6pm; it truly is intense, includes physical activity and a lot of energy, so I suggest the following tips:
1) Get a good rest the night before your class. You don’t want to be doing this hungover.
2) Eat breakfast before class. Drink lots of water, too.
3) Bring a bottle of water with you; stay hydrated.
4) Wear deodorant. You will be moving around a lot!
My instructor’s name was Arnaud. One can only cover so much in a day, so his improv 101 class went over the basics, discussed 3 different styles of popular improv, and had teamwork exercises. There were lots of games which helped us practice the techniques and constraints of the game.
I walked away learning how to be more aware of myself, how to listen and observe. One thing I know I need to work on is resisting. Life is more fun when you say, «Yes, and!!!»
If you ever have a chance to take a class with Kamil (owner and also instructor) I also recommend. He has a great demeanor and I enjoyed his taster class for my Elite event. You’ll be in good hands with him, too!
