Good service attitude and pricing. Had super long hair, did a 1) basic scalp treatment ($ 65) using the using Loreal Serioxyl range and a 2) pro-​fiber treatment ($ 130+/-). Since I did both treatments at one go, they priced both at $ 140, cheaper by 30%!
Stylist Annie did the treatment for me, she was patient and described to me the steps for each treatment. I like how they weren’t so sales driven and had a ‘whatever goes’ approach to their customers. You don’t feel stressed out. They don’t do hard selling asking you to buy any package! It’s like your easy-​going neighbourhood salon, you feel at home.
Most importantly, every inch of my hair was attentively treated. I did the same pro-​fibre treatment at SV bugis. I paid $ 160 for it yet it was done in haste. It was after going to Formula Cut that I realised SV has skipped so many steps!!! The result of Pro-​Fiber treatment leaves my hair smooth, thicker, less frizzy, volumized and stronger. This treatment is good for people who wants to repair their hair from frizziness/​lifeless hair/​thin or fine hair! My hair becomes bouncier now, but it last for only around 6 weeks.
Interior of the salon is small but cosy. It feels like I’ve found the salon for my hair treatment. Will recommend this to my friends for its relatively good price and service!
