whether you are driving to work or a taxi driver taking a break, and looking for a place to grab a cheap, peaceful, tasty, filling bite without worrying about them parking pontianaks (summons officers), this is the oasis for you!
in fact, the parking pontianaks themselves come here to eat too!:)
this is by far the cheapest place in SG for a meal!

seek out the chinese kway chap/​bee hoon stall!
here, you can get a big fat juicy chicken wing, fried egg and luncheon meat plus a mountain of yummy mommy’s bee hoon fried with vegetables for only $ 2.80!
grab a teh c peng kosong for only $ 0.90 cents from the drinks stall on the far left corner.
pay $ 1, for the same, if you choose to be a far right supporter.
even if you had two drinks, your $ 5 will still get you some change!
if you seek something halal, the muslim stall in the middle dishes out all the staple for between $ 2-​$ 2.50!
be it mee siam, mee rebus, nasi goreng, nasi ayam etc!
all comfort, home cooked and sedap sia!
plentiful free parking within the compound itself and along both sides of jalan benaan kapal.
just make sure you can differentiate dotted white lines from continuous white ones and never be selectively colour blind and park where double yellow lines rule!
else your parking ticket will surely be way more expensive than your meal itself!
