Elffin & Elffin

A wise man named Akon once sang,
«I see you windin’ and grindin’ up on the floor
I know you see me lookin’ at you and you already know
I wanna love you, you already know
I wanna love you, you already know…»
And although he sang those words about strippers, these words still came to mind after my visit to Elffin & Elffin.
I do wanna love you, really, I do! However, I came here under the notion that there was free wifi (according to City Nomads’ Cafes with Free Wifi List) but was told at the counter that it wasn’t offered.
But besides this, I enjoyed my visit to this cosy, beautifully-​designed café on trendy Haji Lane. It was very quiet on a weekday afternoon, and upstairs the environment was perfect for having a cup of tea, taking selfies (the natural lighting looks good on me, okay?!), posting triple filtered pictures on Instagram with 20 different unnecessary hashtags, and getting some work done (among other things.) I can only imagine that this place would have a different ambiance on weekends due to the Haji Lane crowds! Still, I think it’s worth stopping by for a cuppa and a look-​see of the art displayed upstairs.
