Popped in to get my internet banking token swapped, and Melinda at the Customer Services desk was more than cordial — she looked at my identification and saw it was my birthday, and put on this big smile for me. It was pretty awesome that she was so cheery already, and the fact that she noticed made it even nicer!
Any how, she walked me through the process of the token swap, and re-​registered everything for me, so I could use it the moment I got on the computer.
It’s really the little things that help, and I know I’m going to this branch if I’m ever in the area and need banking help!
