I love their juices, but it absolutely pisses me off that they’re always sold out of small bottles. We went at 9:25am in the morning, most of their new flavours«were sold out» and they didn’t have small bottles of their normal flavours. Now, if you only sold big bottles, fine. But I refuse to be pressured into buying more juice just because you didn’t fill small ones. And this ALWAYS happens! No small bottles. No big bottles. No this flavour. No that flavour. So, from a rather smitten fan, I’m now rather meh on the Daily Juice. Most of the flavours are great, but I’m tired of their shit.

They have expanded their offerings with more choices of juice available. Plus they also sell sorbet stick(or ice cream), and nuts and dried fruits. All the good stuff. You can still ask to sample the various juices before buying it. The prices have also gone up. Most are around the $ 8.50 and $ 9.50 mark. I still like the juices though, except for the nutty milky ones. The thought of trying the 1-day cleanse keeps teasing my mind. Maybe one day I will really do it. The trouble is you need to dedicate a day just for it, plus you have to have all 6 bottles in the same day. You cannot start from say dinner time and work your way to next day lunch. I also found out you can create an account with them in the store and do a store credit or «bank» thing like in a spa or beauty place. That is deposit $ 100, and tell them your account each time you are there, and your purchase will be deducted from there. In addition you get a discount on the juice. They say it is a 10% off but in actual fact, it is slightly less than that since the system round up the cents. The staff were not happy when I pointed that out to them. The amount may be small, but over time it will add up. Also, please check your purchase and balance if you do open an account. They made a mistake on mine by charging twice. It was a good thing I asked for the receipt and discovered it. So that means, I need to be extra vigilant when buying my juices in future, and I have to keep my receipts. What a hassle.

This is the place you wanna be in Singapore after all those nice yummy heaty food. The most cooling drinks that Singapore provide at hawker were Barley drinks, sugar cane, lemon… etc. And those drinks are also yummy, but it contains a lot sugar. Mr.Q and I had a digestion problem here. We are not local, the weather is hot, the food is spicy, oily, very yummy and we kept eating, luckily we found this place and omg… their fresh pressed juice is yummy and helpful ;D Roger, the owner designed the cute names and Su, his better half makes the yummy combo’s. The high lights were White rabbit, Barnie, Krypto, Pepple mint, the one with cayenne pepper will wake your taste buds and their wheat grass drinks didn’t give you stomach pain and headache at all. Wow. Impressive! I would let them deliver juices to me everyday if they open a chain store in OC ;D Oh.and it works pretty fast, if you know what I mean :)

«Give us this day, our Daily Juice…» Cold pressed juice lovers, rejoice! For all those health conscious workers in CBD, I found the spot for ya. Daily Juice has been around for a few months, and although they’re a bit hidden on Lorong Telok*, it should be no secret that they’re cold pressin’ some awesome juices at affordable prices. So far, they have 7 varieties to choose from. I tried a variation of their beet juice, and for $ 6.90 for 500 ml, I thought it was well priced. Their smaller, 250ml bottles go for about $ 3.90. I loved their cute names like«GO!»(Grapefruit + Orange) and«Pepplemint»(Pineapple + Mint + Apple). However, of the few samples I tried, I really liked Krypto, which is a green juice. The lemon, cucumber, and green apple that they added to the parsley, romaine, and spinach mix made it very tangy and refreshing. This is the perfect place to stop by and grab some tasty juices before you start your day, or if you’re looking to offset that unhealthy lunch you just had. They also do juice cleanses, offer free delivery within CBD, and can custom make juices for you if you have any dietary restrictions. Salud! *If Lorong Telok doesn’t ring a bell, it’s the street where Claire Loves and Le Comptoir are located, near Boat Quay.
