Chuan Garden

I was walking around Chinatown in search for Sichuan food and stumbled upon Chuan Garden.
Very clean and spacious interior. Friendly staff. Wide variety of Sichuan food and grilled skewers.
I ordered my fave Sichuan item of all times, the fish fillet in hot & spicy sauce (also known as water boiled fish, literally translated from Chinese). I swear I took a picture of the dish, but it disappeared from my phone! Generous portions and they recommend double orders for parties greater than 5 people.
I am excited to come back with a group to try different items. Based on the crowd and the menu options, I think this restaurant is quite authentic for Sichuan food.
The prices were very reasonable. They also had a beer promotion. 10% service and wet napkin fees are automatically included. The waiters will bring you the check and box your food.
Wish they serve the explosive chili friend chicken though and beef roll wrap.
