Cedele by The Bakery Depot indeed as a clear objective: making healthy and high quality food. They do this by eliminating trans fats from their breads, cakes, pastries, soups, salads and sandwiches. Improvers, softening agents, pre-​mixes, chemically produced stabilizers and emulsifiers, artificial flavourings are also not used. They offer natural and organic products without it being boring.
A wide range of high fibre bread is available like wholewheat, oatbran, linseed, sunflower seeds, ciabatta etc. Their pastries are known in my office for their high quality and if you want a juice or a soup there is also plenty of choice. The set lunch with soup and unlimited bread is most worth it, the olive oil they serve is cold pressed extra virgin olive oil and you can taste that! The organic unrefined sugar in their cakes only makes a difference in your mind.
The staff at this outlet varies from being extremely kind and polite to simply rude, so you have to be a bit lucky. Tip is to get a cedele card if you want to become a regular, unnoticed you safe up quite a bit
