Brothers Ramen

An outlet started by a pair of young Singaporean brothers, moved over from the hawker stall at Tanjong Pagar market!
This pair of brothers cooked ramen from their heart I would say! I’ve supported the stall since TP market, and the consistency of ramen taste is there! After moving over to the current location, they thickened the soup, automated the ordering process, upgraded their ramen making machine, and also improving their ramen taste! The prices gone up slightly for sure, since it’s located in an air conditioned space now.
I ordered the normal bowl of pork loin ramen, while my colleague love the pork belly ramen he always orders! I love every single bit in the bowl of ramen they deliver! Soup is thick and tasty, yet not salty, ramen is springy (and free flow!!!), meat is flavorful and sufficient, and the brothers provide free flow of cabbage too!!! I can feel their passion in the food they deliver, and the brothers run the stall themselves and can be seen working as a duo everyday.
I’ll always be back! Price is reasonable too!
