I was looking for a repair shop that would fix my parallel import Google Nexus 5(it doesn’t retail in Singapore, why Google why??). A Google search revealed only one Singapore shop that advertised repairs for the Google Nexus 5. Their website advised customers to check ahead of coming down — they didn’t answer my call but did respond to my texts. After describing my problem(sticky power button issue), they quoted S$ 60 to fix it, within half an hour. Made my way down and they repaired it quickly as promised. They offered a 2-month warranty on the repaired component(hope this doesn’t have to be tested!) The quick turnaround time allowed me to duck in and out during lunch hour. They were also upfront and transparent, and I would use their services again.
