Bedok North 85 Carrot Cake and Fried Oyster

My «go to» place when I need to satisfy my cravings for carrot cake and fried oyster omelette. They serve the carrot cake in two versions, black and white. I usually order the black one and I think so far, it’s the best I’ve had.
The amount of black sauce they use is just right — not too sweet, not too salty. And the carrot cake is cut up to just the right size, which makes it easy to eat spoonfuls of it.
Their fried oyster omelette is also worth checking out. Loads of starchy goodness mixed with crispy fried egg and oysters and some killer chilli sauce to go with it. This place gets my vote!
