Have dinner with my secondary school friends. Restaurant is being serviced by Korean and Korean themselves does visit this restaurant too so you should know that this restaurant have standard for their food. Authentic. When ordering, they will ask if you would like any beer or soju too and the choices are displayed right beside. Apologies but I have forgotten what is the dishes name that we ordered except for my ginseng abalone porridge, seafood pancake and kimchi dumplings. The ginseng abalone porridge have a strong smell of ginseng so if you don’t like any smell, don’t choose this porridge. The abalone was cut into small pieces in the porridge. Taste nice still. It comes with a plate of white radish too. The seafood pancake were really nice. I totally would like to order more if I still can eat. The dumplings were nice too. Would totally go back for more. Prices are base on what you order here as we ordered quite many dishes so total cost were quite high. Their service were really good. Venue is located near Chong Pang which is not really far. I will definitely introduce this restaurant to others too.

Korean food… AND AUTHENTIC! Food was pretty good, would recommend the grilled Mackerel. The side dishes were to expectations and the dishes did not go overboard with condiments like some other insecure Korean restaurants which does that to make up for its lack of identity and genuine taste. Had the ginseng chicken soup and porridge and it was great for kids as the food does not rely too much on condiments for flavor. For the BBQ you can try to be a Korean and cook it at the table or the kitchen can handle that for you, great for lazy people like me. A little on the pricey side if for a casual dinner, but would definitely return on pay day.

Yesss! Authentic Korean food in Sembawang :) Last night, my friends and I tried yangnyum galbi (BBQ marinated beef ribs) and I had the mul naeng myun (cold broth with buckwheat noodles). I thought everything was great — courteous and decently quick service, the side dishes, the flavor, the table BBQ pit. As a picky Korean new to Singapore, I loved it. I will be back for jajangmyun — the next test ;)
